🌎 Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the US, all countries of the EU and a few more countries. If you can place an order and the shipping country that you enter gets accepted, that means we will ship to your country.
We have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Our products are blowing up on social media right now. Due to the extreme demand, please allow further 12-20 business days for US orders and 15-40 business days for worldwide orders. We strive to ship your items as fast as we can.
During holiday seasons, during sales, or due to random customs checks, orders might take a bit longer to arrive. Please keep in mind that countable 'business days' are Monday-Friday and the processing time has to be added on top. You can track your order using the 'Track Your Order' tab of our main menu, using the tracking code we sent you via email.
We offer public third-party tracking via AfterShip. The tracking information often gets updated after 3-5 days only. Sometimes, certain carriers share the tracking information with the sender (us) only and it will therefore not be fetchable from public tracking sites. Therefore, the public information might sometimes be 'stuck' on the 'in transit' status. If that is the case, please do not worry. If you received a shipping confirmation from us, that means your package is on its way to you. If it does not arrive after exceeding our stated shipping times PLUS 7 days (goodwill), please get in touch with us and we will initiate further investigations. Thank you very much for your patience!
